Heli Glenorchy is a locally owned and operated helicopter company providing flight experiences to customers from all over the world. We’re also the only company permitted to land in the world famous Earnslaw Burn.

Located at the Glenorchy Airstrip on the doorstep of the Southern Alps, Mount Aspiring and Fiordland National Parks, your journey will begin a 45-minute drive from Queenstown along the breathtaking shores of Lake Wakatipu - named 'one of the most beautiful drives in New Zealand'.

Marvel at the breathtaking sight of the “hanging” Earnslaw Glacier with a close-range flyover, before landing in the lower basin to immerse yourself in this awe-inspiring location. Earnslaw Burn Heli Hike (allow 3.5 - 4 hours) - The Earnslaw Burn, with its majestic hanging glacier and cascading waterfalls, is a hidden gem of New Zealand that feels like stepping into a fantasy world. Milford Sound Heli-Cruise-Heli (allow 4 hours) - Our Heli-Cruise-Heli is the ultimate way to experience Milford Sound and Fiordland. Begin with breathtaking aerial views as we fly from Glenorchy to Milford Sound, followed by a scenic cruise across the iconic fiord.
