Gantley's is situated a 5 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and a 1 minute drive from the bottom of Coronet Ski Field. 

As Queenstown's oldest hospitality business, the historic stone building was built in 1865 by Patrick Gantley to provide food, drink and lodgings in the gold rush era.

Set against the backdrop of mountains, the beautiful beer garden is the ideal place to soak up the sun while sipping on a cold pint.  In winter, the fire pit will keep you warm after a day on the slopes.  The perfect spot for live music, wedding gatherings, or your next birthday party!

Guests can enjoy 20 craft beers on tap, local wines/spirits, and a mouthwatering menu - 'pub fare with flair'.

Functions:
 
  • The little Nook is the perfect area for a small gathering by the wood burner.  Holding 18 guests seated and 20 standing, it's ideal for work and social functions, baby showers and just a place to catch up with friends.
  • The Dining Room is the largest room with a high wooden beam ceiling, open fire and private entrance.  A capacity of 50 guests seated or 60 standing it can be utilised for dinners, parties and conferences.
  • The SRV Room  offers a plethora of sunlight making it the perfect place for a group brunch or lunch for groups up to 30 seated or 40 standing.  High wooden beam ceilings have been incorporated into this space as well to give it a true Gantley’s feel.

Opening Hours:

Monday - Sunday:  9.00m - Late

Gantley's is currently open daily from 9.00am for Higher Ground coffee, fresh baking and a full breakfast menu.  At 12.00pm it switches to the lunch/dinner menu until the late evening.
